2. Description of Services

We provide virtual private network ("VPN") services designed to offer optimal networking routing and acceleration when possible, and to protect your internet activity and data privacy by encrypting your connection and masking your IP address.

In certain cases, your anonymity may not be protected, in the case of "Smart China" routing as local China traffic are direct.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree NOT to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any law.
• Infringe on intellectual property rights or privacy of others.
• Transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content.
• Interfere with or disrupt our systems or networks.
• Share your account credentials with others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms.

4. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Our VPN Services are offered on a prepaid basis. By purchasing our services, you agree to pay the applicable fees according to the product selected.

All prices stated via our site and apps are stated in USD (United States Dollar) unless specified otherwise.

• All payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers.
• No payments are autorenewing and no cancellation is required.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a limited 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time users. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

Refund conditions:

• Refunds apply only to your first purchase.
• Data packs has been used less than or equal to 25% of the allocated quota. (e.g. 25GB used out of 100GB)
• To request a refund, contact us with your account email and order details.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine you have violated our Terms.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted VPN service, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime or error-free operation. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or network issues.

Our services are provided on a best effort basis and we do not offer any SLAs.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in illegal activity, or cause harm to our systems or users. You may also cancel your account at any time.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements, be secure, or be error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, legal or otherwise, resulting from the use or inability to use the Services.

Users should accept legal liability when using our services in different jurisdictions, and follow local law where applicable.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kiree (Fyrolabs LLC), its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of United States of America. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of United States of America.
